Welcoming Guests

If you are expecting guests at Newtons you can welcome them in different ways.

Meet Them

If you want to meet your guests in the front space just let them know that they are free to wait in the front and if they fancy, they can grab a coffee. If you are meeting them they don’t need to sign in. Remember to let them know what to do.

Receive a Notification

If you want to recieve a notification when your guest arrives you need to let us know.  This facility is great if need a little bit of time to prepare before the meeting starts, You will recieve an email and text message letting you know your guest has arrived. Request this option here.

Come Straight Through

If you have an event at Newtons (more than 4 people) The Blackboard Door will be unlocked 15 minutes before the start of the event. so your guests can come straight through. Let them know they can come straight through so they don’t get stuck in the front space.

Other Things to Know

The main front door is open from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Mon – Fri; if your guests are meeting outside of this time you will to ensure you have made arrangements to allow you access through the front door.

For security reasons, we ask that all guests do not pass the Blackboard Door without the host for small meetings.
