We want you to be our Anchor tenant!
Currently, we are seeking out an anchor tenant for three of our locations. This means that we want to offer someone the opportunity to have free access to the space and a free virtual office, and in return you will have a few minor responsibilities whilst on the property. We essentially need you to be a point of contact for people that are coming in and using the space, greeting people coming through the building. You don’t have to take payments, do anything in an emergency, or even open the door to people. There are all systems in place for all of those things, just be a warm friendly face for people!
So where are these locations?
BURY
Firstly, we have Newtons of Bury – 151, The Rock. Newtons is a co-working space in the town centre that has both hot desking and fixed office spaces available as well as shared amenities, an on site gym and an event space should people wish to book it out. This means traffic coming through direction on where to go or simply to be told to help themselves to a brew. Newtons has a great community feel to it and a vibe that can only be described as funky! It’s a great environment to work from and full of friendly faces to chat to as well!
BRANDLESHOLME
Secondly, we have The Flat just outside of Bury town centre, towards Brandlesholme way. The Flat is a collection of offices that can be easily turned into your business HQ. Right now they are being used for a range of things, from a beauty salon to a recording studio, it’s up to you! Like at Newtons there are shared amenities as well as a shared meeting room that can be used.
ALtrincham
Finally, our up and coming project is a second Newtons ‘The stables’ that is due to open up on Altrincham. Much like the Newtons Of Bury, it is a coworking space that offers fixed offices should someone want a more permanent workspace. The duties again would be directing and greeting people arriving within the space.

What is a virtual office?
This is where you can register your business as being based out of Newtons even if you don’t have a permanent desk and are using the coworking space instead.
When do you want me to start?
In a nutshell, as soon as possible. Once we have decided you are the right fit we will get you set up in the space pretty much straight away.
