what you need to know
As you may have seen, we at Newtons are going to be changing the way we do things a little. After five great years of coworking we have made the hard decision to change our offering. From February 28th our coworking facilities will be limited to just our office community. The coworking space we started in 2018 has been a hub for people to come and meet, and we are truly delighted that was achieved with many friendships and business relationships starting here. No love relationships, which is a shame but there is still time! So here is what you need to know about the changes to come. So here is some information about our transformation and what you need to know.
What is changing?
Previously, we have operated as a place open to the public to book in for meeting rooms, the event space and coworking. These public aspects will be changing and no longer available to book out by the public. However, if you are an ongoing member – whether this be in one of our office spaces or on a fixed desk in the coach house – you are still able to use the event space as you require.
If you find yourself in the position that you regularly use the meeting rooms at Newtons do not worry, we will make sure that there is a solution in place for you.

What If I am An Ongoing Member/In An Office?
These upcoming changes will not affect you if you are in either of these positions. The main change will be in the reduction of services related to the shared spaces such as the kitchen. Whilst we will upkeep stock of teas and coffees etc, these items will be found within the stock cupboard for you to get at your leisure and won’t be refilled/monitored as they were. Feel free to bring whatever you may please into the space and the kitchen shall function as a regular office kitchen. Fear not, there is no cliff edge and these reductions will be happening over a period of time.
What is the vision?
There have been a contribution of factions that have led to this transformation of Newtons and we are excited to see what is to come in the near future. In 2024 we will be looking at expanding our number of offices within the building. As always, community is still at the heart of everything that we do and we are thankful for your ongoing support over the years! Let’s make 2023 another brilliant year at Newtons!

What Else Are We Doing?
As ever we have plenty on. Our property management company which owns and manages residential and commercial properties in the North West has grown over the number of years and we want to bring this service and the Newtons way of things to more property owners. Our Airbnb sites have been a raving success both Altrincham and Plymouth so our focus will be on developing new sites from scratch. Excitingly, we do want to document and showcase most of the journey from concept, to planning, to sourcing, building and marketing our new sites and future sites to promote how we do things and educate those who want to know how we do it.
