Coworking Bury Is On The Move
The cogs of Newtons are turning again and coworking Bury is on the move!
It feels fantastic to finally begin to see businesses build momentum, conversations starting to fill the space once again and business being done! Its a perfect time to dust off the cobwebs and kickstart our coworking journey along The Rock in Bury once more!
The Coach House
The coworking desks of Newtons stretched from the front space through towards the kitchen. These desks are being packed up and distributed throughout The Coach House space from May 2022!
What’s going to be the difference? The heart of Newtons dates back to the 1700s and we kept features and furniture of the building to preserve this heritage. The desks occupied a space rich in history along with large and solid wooden furniture, giving us our homely, library feel.
The Coach House, although as old as the original building, is far more open and stripped back. Its flooded by light from bifold doors, windows and sky lights and the ground floor and first floor are going to remain open, airy and full of space this time round. Its also located to the rear of Newtons with its own entrance so its tucked away from the hustle and bustle and walk ways of the main building.
8 DESKS +
There will be eight desks in total on offer for those wanting to come down and cowork. You can take a desk adhoc just like normal or if you are looking more long term, fixed desks are options are here!
- The Coach House opens up into Isaacs Yard so you are right next to the outside space.
- The outside space provides locking points for your bike should you cycle in.
- We have two showers in the space for those needing to freshen up.
- There will be WIFI and wired connection just like normal
Whats on offer?
We miss the building being full to the brim of people!
In January 2020 there were times when someone was in every room and we have a good few rooms. There was business being passed, networking and working getting done and our members were benefiting from the space.
We are very, very keen to bring back these benefits and to bring back the space as it was! To welcome you back to the space or even just to try coworking out we are offering up the desks to those who could benefit from the space for no charge for the first month. No tie ins or contracts.
