Newtons at The Flat 

It’s not all about our town-center location. We have a great space up Brandlesholme Rd were it all started – The Flat. Six work boosting offices spread over a first-floor setting! 

Newtons at The Flat has a community all of its own spread across six offices and balcony. This space is a little quieter than our town-centre location and benefits from free off-street or on-street parking. 

The Flat isn’t open to the public like our town centre Newtons and offers just private office spaces atm but if you do need an hour, day or few days you can purchase your time at Newtons of Bury via your coworking account, use our intelligent technology to let your self into the space, find a desk and get things done.

Newtons at The Flat is made up of six private office spaces spread across a first-floor space which used to be the residence of Michael Godwin who decided to build his luxury home above his factory in the seventies. The spaces range from 21sqm to 14sqm and are bright with a little dash of quirky Newtons in there.

We have an open meeting space, shower facilities, and a shared kitchen for all the offices and if you’re lucky enough to rent the right office, they have access to the first floor balcony which can be a real sun trap!
