Newtons 2025 Survey Results

At Newtons, we believe that our spaces are more than just buildings—they’re places where stories are made, communities are built, and people feel at home. That’s why every year, we reach out to our tenants and coworking members to ask for honest feedback. The results of our 2025 survey are in, and we’re excited to share the highlights with you!

Communication: Clear and Consistent

One of the biggest wins from this year’s survey is our communication. Nearly everyone rated their satisfaction as “very satisfied,” with email being the preferred way to stay in touch. We love hearing that our updates, support, and responses are hitting the mark and making life easier for our tenants and members.

 

 

Comfort & Cleanliness: High Marks All Around

 

 

Whether you’re based in a home, HQ, or coworking space, comfort and cleanliness matter. The majority of respondents gave top marks (4s and 5s) for communal space cleanliness, comfort, safety, and noise levels. It’s great to know our efforts to keep spaces tidy and welcoming are appreciated!

Maintenance & Support: Fast and Friendly

Quick response times and transparent support are core to our service. Survey participants who reported maintenance issues were “very satisfied” with how their requests were handled. Many even noted “no issues reported as of yet”—exactly what we love to hear.
 
 

Community: The Heart of Newtons

A strong sense of community came through in your feedback. People highlighted our socials, friendly atmosphere, and the value of connecting with others in the building. Several suggested more events like barbecues or outdoor gatherings, and we’re already brainstorming ways to make these happen!
 
  

Workspace Highlights: Flexibility & Security

For our coworking members, 24/7 access and secure facilities were especially valued. While WiFi speed was flagged as an area to improve (noted!), overall workspace comfort, cleanliness, and security scored highly. We also heard a few creative suggestions, like more bike parking and outdoor seating—ideas that align perfectly with our commitment to community and sustainability.
